If the podcast is a single, non-recurring web publication, MLA Rule 5.6.2.b  (A Nonperiodical Publication: A Work Cited Only on the Web) gives the elements (if available) which should be included in your citation:

1.       Author

2.      Work

3.      Web site

4.      Version or edition

5.      Publisher or sponsor

6.      Date of Publication

7.      Medium of Publication (Web)

8.     Day of access

If the video is a digital file not on the internet and not published on a disc, (e.g. MP4 files, Camtasia files) MLA Rule 5.7.18 (Digital Files) applies.

Published films or video recordings (not online) are governed by MLA Rules 5.7.3 (A Film or a  Video Recording)  and 5.7.17 (A Publication on CD-ROM or DVD-ROM).

A color-coded example of a YouTube citation is shown on the University of Illinois’s MLA Citation Style web page:
