Yes! Each publisher offers a range of online tutorials which you can access through their "Help" pages.  Some offer general search strategies, others relate to specific databases and advanced tools.  Choose the content and format that works best for you. 

Often, the "Help" button is the quickest way to get specific searching tips (usually linked in the upper right corner of the screen and via "?" symbols.
