Electronically-delivered articles and book chapters are accessible online only for 30 days. You can download and save the file to your computer or flash drive for future reference. As noted on ILLiad's "Articles Receieved" page:
Articles posted to this page will remain accessible by the requestor for 30 days from the date of posting.
If, prior to this time, you no longer require the use of an article, you may delete it using the "Delete" link to the right of the article information.
In the event that you accidentally delete an article from this web page, you may undelete articles or e-mail us at to have them reset.
Also, note that hard-copy books are checked out to you when they are delivered to the library (not when you pick them up) and have due dates established by the library which has lent them. They cannot be renewed. Books not picked up will be kept for five business days before being returned to the lending library.
If you need to access an ILL item after its expiration date, you may resubmit the request or travel to an area library to use an item in its collection.
