How do I find out if the Library subscribes to a specific journal?

Answer

Use the library's Publication Finder tool, which is located under the search dropdown menu on the library's website, to determine if the library has access to a specific journal. 

If the library does have electronic access to the journal through one of it's databases, you will usually have the option to browse a specific issue, or search  across all issues within that publication.
