The Patent and Trademark Resource Center (PTRC) services are available for anyone to use. You do not have to be a Sacred Heart University student, faculty or staff member to use these collections.
Contact Libby Knapik ((203) 365-4816) and Barbara Hampton (203-365-4842), the lead librarians for the PTRC (e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org), to schedule a consultation and training in the specialized search tools available through the PTRC. There is a link to our online scheduling tool for consultations on the "PTRC Basics" page of our "Patents and Trademarks" LibGuide (see link below). You can also review information about patents and trademarks there.
To use the PTRC dedicated terminal, you can use the "Schedule PTRC Search Session" link at the bottom of the "Advanced Searching" page in the LibGuide, or speak to one of the PTRC librarians. These search sessions can immediately follow your research and training consultation with the PTRC librarian, if your schedule permits sufficient time on the same day.
